The system operates on the following principle:

1. Feeding & Alignment: Bulk material are elevated and fed onto a vibrating chute or belt, which spreads them into a single, uniform layer to ensure each seed can be individually inspected.

2. Optical Scanning: The aligned material free-fall past a high-resolution, high-speed optical scanning chamber. This chamber is equipped with:

3. Real-Time Data Processing: A sophisticated computer processing unit analyzes the captured images in milliseconds. 5. Separation & Collection: The ejected defective material are diverted into a reject channel, while the accepted, high-quality material continue their natural trajectory into the "good product" collection hopper.
